1 Year Anniversary!!!

We can't believe it's been a whole year already!!! We celebrated our first anniversary in Fredericksburg, Texas and we had a blast! We stayed at a wonderful bed and breakfast right in town so we were within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The weather was beautiful! We climbed Enchanted Rock one morning and it was such a beautiful view from the top, we could see the whole town. We visited some of the several vineyards and tasted lots of different wines. We had such a great time and can't wait to celebrate many more years of marriage!

Summer Fun 2010

Well it's been a while since the last post so I have lots of catching up to do!!! We have been busy this year with work for me and school for Cole (and all the fun between). I am so proud and excited that he will be graduating in December!!! Our lease for our apartment is up at the end of August so we have been looking for a rental house since we aren't sure where Cole will be working after he graduates. Hopefully we will find something soon! We have been enjoying our summer with lots of weekends at the lake with family and friends and even took a trip to the beach for Lauren's 25th bithday!

Trip To Maine

We took our first big trip together to Maine for Justin and Christina's wedding! We flew into Boston and drove to Maine which was an adventure in itself considering I'm the worst back seat driver lol but the Garmin saved us! We had so much fun visiting Justin and Christina and their wedding was beautiful! It started to snow just as they were saying their vows and didn't stop until early the next morning so it was a beautiful white wedding! One of my favorite parts of the trip was shopping in Freeport, I could have done major damage there but I was good :) On Sunday we walked around Old Port then drove back to Boston to stay for a night. Cole and I took a taxi(best idea ever since driving in Boston is way too much drama) to the Feneuil Hall Marketplace and walked around (it was freezing!!!) They had a huge Christmas tree and beautiful lights everywhere! We went to a few pubs for drinks and the best clam chowder I have ever had! It was interesting being out that night since the NY Giants just beat the Dallas Cowboys so there were lots of Giants fans celebrating! Our last day in Boston we went to the New England Aquarium and Imax 3D which was so much fun! The penguins were my favorite! Can't wait for the many more trips with my wonderful husband!

We had the best Halloween ever, we welcomed our new niece, Brooke, into the world!!! She was born October 31, 2009 at 9:32 p.m. 6lbs 4oz and 18in long! She is absolutely beautiful just like her mommy! Molly had a very long labor but she did amazing and we are so proud of her. Cole is totally in love with her and can't stop talking about her and how cute she is. Congrats Molly Kay and Brooks!!!
